1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lumina (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including clinic owners, staff members, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

Lumina provides an AI-powered business coaching platform designed for medical aesthetics clinics. The Service includes AI coaching agents, competitor intelligence, knowledge base management, voice coaching, and related features. The Service is intended to provide general business guidance and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Lumina offers subscription-based pricing plans. All plans include a 14-day free trial period. After the trial, you will be billed at the rate of your chosen plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to generate content that violates applicable regulations, including ASA advertising standards, CQC requirements, or NMC/GMC guidelines. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying algorithms of the AI system.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, software, design, and content, is owned by Lumina and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform, including documents, protocols, and other materials. By uploading content, you grant Lumina a limited licence to process and analyse this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Lumina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. AI-generated advice should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation. Lumina does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.

8. Data Protection

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of account termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
